Prerequisites
There are a couple of things you need in order to use our integration:
- A subscription for Bynder DAM (opens in a new tab) or Webdam by Bynder (opens in a new tab) with access to its asset portal.
- An active subscription for our integration services platform.
- Access to a Sitecore XM / XP environment, version 9.3 or higher (up to Sitecore 10.5).

NEW: The connector now supports Sitecore 10.5! This is the latest supported version of Sitecore XM/XP.

We recommend that you start by installing the connector in a (local) development environment using the Sitecore Installation Package before attempting to promote it to environments such as staging/acceptance or production.
🚨
If you are using Sitecore XM Cloud or SitecoreAI, please use the Bynder DAM Connector for SitecoreAI instead. This XM/XP Connector is not supported on these platforms.
