Subscription Management
Manage your Bynder integration portal subscription, including trial period, upgrades, and billing.
Subscription Status
Log in to the Bynder integration portal (opens in a new tab) to view your current subscription status.
Your account displays:
- Trial Status - Remaining days in your free trial period
- Subscription Tier - Your current subscription level
- Billing Information - Upcoming renewal dates and charges
- Usage Statistics - Your integration usage metrics
Free Trial
When you create a new subscription, it automatically starts with a free trial period:
- No payment required during trial
- Full access to all integration features
- Contact Bynder about commercial terms after trial ends
After your trial ends, your subscription will either:
- Transition to a paid plan (if you discuss terms with Bynder)
- Expire (if no commercial agreement is reached)
Managing Your Subscription
From your portal dashboard, you can:
- View renewal dates
- Update billing information
- Modify subscription settings
- Contact support about upgrades or changes

What's Next
Once your subscription is active:
- Retrieve your auto-generated API credentials needed for connector configuration
- Install your desired connector (SitecoreAI or XP/XM)
- Configure the connector with your API credentials
